Case Histories — Baumit Render & Profiles

The Requirement

• This Courtyard had a myriad of background surfaces which needed to have a uniformed finish.
• A cementitious lime render was preferred, one that would be comfortable with old masonry, concrete block, Thermaline blockwork & Porotherm blocks.
• Profiles were then to be added to compliment the finished area.

Project Details

• High end residential in Sloane Square and a Grade 2 listed building.

The Solution

• We used Baumit products which were compatible to all of these background surfaces.
• This allowed for a smooth consistent finish, onto which the profiles were added.
