The Requirement

• The existing surrounding finish effect had to be matched onto masonry walls which were in very poor condition.
• A specific rusticated effect with exact dimensions were necessary.

Project Details

• High end residential property in Kensington and Chelsea, London.

The Solution

• NHL 5 with sand was used for the Scat coat & all build-up render coats.
• Once the rusticated effect had been formed, the NHL Portland Stone finishing mortar coat was applied.
• A suitable lime silicate paint was then used to match the adjacent colour scheme.
